To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please note the following:
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
• For package holders, late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted from the package.

This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other clients and helps maintain consistent availability.
